Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development and Sales Executive to help us grow our business and manage sales activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contact other companies to build partnerships.
- Send emails and follow up for collaboration opportunities.
- Hire and train new sales team members.
- Guide and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Understand customer needs and suggest ways to grow the business.
- Find new opportunities to sell our services.
- Sell products via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Respond to customer questions and help close sales.
- Communicate clearly with clients and solve their problems.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Track sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Work with the marketing and management team to meet company goals.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream)
Skills: Good spoken and written communication, Leadership and training abilities, Ability to understand customer needs and make sales, Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
